This is one of several buildings on the Trinity High School campus. It houses the Arts & Communication Center. It was originally the headquarters armory for the Kentucky National Guard's 149th Infantry Regiment. It was built by the Works Progress Administration (WPA). The National Guard left the building in 1962 and the deed ended up going to the City of Louisville. Trinity acquired the building from the city in 1985 and spent $350,000 renovating it.
