Address: 822 S 15th Street
Current Building Name: Fisher-Klosterman Building
Earlier Building Names: Bernheim Distillery Bottling Plant
Architect: Brinton B. Davis
Builder: Sullivan & Cozart
Current Status: In use.
Designation (if applicable): National Register of Historic Places

The Fisher-Klosterman Building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places with "Moderne, Other" for its architectural style. The name in the Register is Bernheim Distillery Bottling Plant, which I assume was its original purpose. It's located at 822 S 15th Street. The current tenant is Fisher-Klosterman.

This building displays the Streamline Moderne variation of Art Deco. The most distinguishing feature of this style is the rounded, streamlined corners and windows. Note the rounded canopy over the door. To enhance the streamline look it also has horizontal bands of limestone within the brick facade. One of the pair of beautiful aluminum post lights at the entrance was missing. The other one is in excellent condition.
