The Courier-Journal and Louisville Times building is located at 525 West Broadway on the corner of its intersection with 6th Street.
It is in the Art-Moderne/Streamline-Moderne style. There are window dividers that appear to be Vitrolite - turquoise in color. It also has patterned bronze panels between some of the window panels on the first floor

The Louisville Times evening newspaper ceased publication with the last issue on February 14, 1987, and now the Courier-Journal is the only daily newspaper in the Louisville metro area. It is now owned by Gannett.
More research to come.
